Bridge Communication ("TalentLink360", "we", "us") operates the website talentlink360.com and the TalentLink360 HR platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled. It applies to the website only; data processed inside the HR platform on behalf of customer companies is governed by the customer agreement.

1. Data we collect

• Demo booking form: name, work email, company, phone/WhatsApp number, country, number of employees, area of interest, and the date and time you choose.
• WhatsApp contact: the answers you give in the short qualification flow (area of interest, company size) are included in the message you send us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy.
• The Advisor (AI assistant): the questions you type and the country you select. Please do not enter personal data about identifiable employees; describe cases generally.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country derived from it, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, collected through server logs.

2. Why we use it

• To schedule and hold the demo you requested and to follow up on your enquiry (our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, and pre-contractual steps at your request).
• To answer your questions through The Advisor and to improve the quality of its answers.
• To route you to the TalentLink360 team for your country and to show the website in the right language.
• To protect the website against abuse (rate limits, fair-use quotas) and to keep it secure.

3. The Advisor and AI processing

The Advisor generates answers using a large language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (the Claude API). Your question, the selected country and the recent conversation are sent to Anthropic's servers to produce the answer. Anthropic processes this data as our service provider and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models. Answers are general HR information, not legal advice.

4. Service providers

• Hostinger — web hosting and email delivery of booking notifications.
• Anthropic — AI answers for The Advisor.
• IP geolocation providers (ipwho.is / ipapi.co) — used only to derive your approximate country from your IP address, cached for 24 hours.
• Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's servers (Google may receive your IP address).
• WhatsApp (Meta), Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery — when you choose to open them.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a few settings in your browser's local storage so the site works as expected: your language, your selected country, an anonymous identifier and counters used to apply the fair-use limits of The Advisor, and the demo slots you booked. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

6. Retention

• Demo bookings: kept for up to 24 months after the booking, unless you become a customer.
• Advisor conversations: not stored on our servers by default; if we enable quality review, question/answer logs are kept for up to 90 days.
• Server logs and IP-based country lookups: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. We respond within 30 days. Where the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 or another applicable law grants you additional rights, those rights apply.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Booking data is transmitted to us by email and stored on access-restricted hosting. API keys and server files are never exposed to the browser.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
