These terms govern your use of the website talentlink360.com, including the demo booking, the WhatsApp contact flow and The Advisor. By using the website you accept them. Use of the TalentLink360 HR platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement.

1. The website

The website presents TalentLink360's products and services. Product screenshots, figures and examples shown on the website are illustrative. We may change the content, features or availability of the website at any time.

2. The Advisor — no legal advice

• The Advisor is an AI assistant that provides general information about human resources, labor law, social insurance and end-of-service calculations for the country you select.
• Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Laws and regulations change. They are not legal, tax or financial advice and do not create any advisory relationship.
• Verify critical legal or compliance matters with the relevant official authority or a qualified legal advisor before acting. TalentLink360 is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of The Advisor's answers.
• The Advisor is offered free of charge with fair-use limits (a number of questions per day and in total per visitor). We may change or withdraw it at any time.
• Do not enter personal data of identifiable individuals, confidential information, or unlawful, abusive or automated requests.

3. Demo booking and contact

Booking a demo reserves a time with our team; it is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. We may reschedule and will confirm by email or WhatsApp. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

4. Mobile application

The TalentLink360 mobile app is available on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery. Its use requires an account issued by an employer using the TalentLink360 platform and is subject to the store's terms and the customer agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The TalentLink360 name, logo, website design, texts and software are owned by TalentLink360 or its licensors. Third-party logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are displayed to identify those companies only. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or create derivative works from the website without written permission, except for viewing it for its intended purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage limits, or use bots or scripts to submit forms or query The Advisor.

7. Third-party links and services

Links to WhatsApp, app stores, social networks and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The website and The Advisor are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TalentLink360 excludes all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country.
